La fonctionnalit\u00e9 Rendez-vous<\/strong> permet \u00e0 vos agents IA de planifier des r\u00e9servations pendant une conversation et de les garder organis\u00e9es dans une seule vue de calendrier \u2014 id\u00e9ale pour les rappels, les reports et la prise de rendez-vous libre-service.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Activer la prise de rendez-vous dans un flux<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
    \n
  1. Ouvrez le g\u00e9n\u00e9rateur de flux (Flow Builder)<\/strong> et modifiez (ou cr\u00e9ez) un flux d’appel.<\/li>\n\n\n
  2. Ajoutez une \u00e9tape rendez-vous<\/strong> \u00e0 l’endroit o\u00f9 l’agent doit proposer des cr\u00e9neaux.<\/li>\n\n\n
  3. D\u00e9finissez les jours, les heures et la dur\u00e9e des cr\u00e9neaux disponibles.<\/li>\n\n\n
  4. Enregistrez et publiez le flux.<\/li>\n\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    G\u00e9rer les rendez-vous<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    1. Ouvrez Rendez-vous<\/strong> sous Automatisation de flux.<\/li>\n\n\n
    2. Consultez les rendez-vous confirm\u00e9s dans la vue calendrier\/liste.<\/li>\n\n\n
    3. (Facultatif) Connectez Google Agenda pour que les rendez-vous restent synchronis\u00e9s.<\/li>\n\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
