Navigating the User Interface

Learning to navigate VoxPria efficiently saves time and reduces frustration. Moreover, knowing shortcuts and features helps you work faster. In this guide, we’ll share pro tips for navigating the platform like an expert.

Main Navigation Structure #

The interface is organized into clear sections. Additionally, understanding this structure helps you find features quickly:

• Top Bar – Account menu, notifications, search
• Left Sidebar – Main navigation menu (collapsible)
• Content Area – Main workspace
• Right Panel – Context-specific details (when applicable)

Keyboard Shortcuts #

Keyboard shortcuts dramatically increase efficiency. Furthermore, mastering these saves countless clicks:

Global Shortcuts: #

• Ctrl+K (Mac: Cmd+K) – Open command palette/search
• ? – Show all keyboard shortcuts
• Esc – Close modals or cancel actions
• Ctrl+S – Save current item
• Ctrl+/ – Toggle sidebar

Navigation Shortcuts: #

• G then H – Go to Home Dashboard
• G then C – Go to Campaigns
• G then A – Go to Agents

Universal Search #

The command palette is your most powerful navigation tool. Moreover, it searches everything instantly:

1. Press Ctrl+K (or Cmd+K on Mac)
2. Type what you’re looking for
3. Search includes:
   • Campaign names
   • Contact names/numbers
   • Agent names
   • Menu items
   • Documentation
4. Use arrow keys to select
5. Press Enter to go there

💡 Pro Tip: Add > before your search to find commands (e.g., >create campaign).

Breadcrumb Navigation #

Breadcrumbs show your current location. Additionally, they provide quick navigation back:

Example: BUILD → Campaigns → My Campaign → Edit

Click any breadcrumb to jump back to that level. Therefore, you can navigate complex structures easily.

Sidebar Management #

The sidebar can be customized and collapsed. Furthermore, this maximizes screen space:

• Collapse: Click hamburger icon or press Ctrl+/
• Pin Items: Right-click menu item → “Pin to Top”
• Reorder: Drag and drop items (pinned section only)
• Search: Start typing while sidebar focused

Notification Center #

The bell icon in top-right shows notifications. Moreover, it helps you stay informed:

Notification Types: #

• Campaign Complete – When campaigns finish
• Low Credits – When balance is low
• Failed Calls – Issues with specific calls
• System Updates – Platform announcements

Quick Actions Menu #

The + button provides quick access to create actions. Additionally, it’s context-aware:

• Sort: Click column headers
• Filter: Click filter icon above table
• Search: Use search box above table
• Select Multiple: Checkboxes for bulk actions
• Customize Columns: Click gear icon to show/hide columns
• Export: Download filtered results as CSV

VoxPria works on mobile devices. Moreover, mobile navigation is optimized:

• Hamburger Menu: Tap to open sidebar
• Swipe: Swipe right to open sidebar
• Bottom Nav: Quick access to common features
• Tap & Hold: Context menus on items

VoxPria works best in modern browsers. Additionally, these tips improve experience:

• Recommended: Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge
• Zoom: Ctrl+ and Ctrl- to adjust text size
• Tabs: Ctrl+Click links to open in new tab
• Back: Alt+Left Arrow goes back
• Refresh: Ctrl+R reloads page
