Understanding Your Dashboard

Your VoxPria dashboard is your central hub for managing all voice communication activities. In this guide, we’ll walk through each section so you can work efficiently and effectively.

Dashboard Layout Overview #

When you first log in, you’ll see the dashboard organized into two main areas. First, the left sidebar contains your navigation menu. Second, the main content area displays relevant information based on your selection.

📍 How to Access the Dashboard #

  1. Log into VoxPria at https://app.voxpria.com
  2. Click “Home Dashboard” in the left sidebar
  3. Alternatively, click the VoxPria logo to return to dashboard

Dashboard Metrics #

The dashboard displays key performance indicators at the top. Moreover, these metrics update in real-time, giving you instant insights into your communication activities.

Key Metrics Explained #

  • Total Calls Today – Number of calls made in the last 24 hours
  • Success Rate – Percentage of successfully completed calls
  • Active Campaigns – Currently running campaigns
  • Available Credits – Remaining calling credits in your account
  • Active Agents – Number of deployed AI agents

Quick Actions Panel #

The dashboard includes quick action buttons for common tasks. Therefore, you can perform frequent actions without navigating through menus.

  • Create Campaign – Start a new voice campaign instantly
  • Create Agent – Build a new AI voice agent
  • Import Contacts – Upload a new contact list
  • View Reports – Access analytics and performance data
  • Add Credits – Top up your account balance

Recent Activity Feed #

The activity feed shows your most recent actions and system notifications. Additionally, it helps you stay informed about campaign progress and important updates.

Customizing Your Dashboard #

  1. Click the gear icon (⚙️) in the top right corner
  2. Select “Dashboard Preferences”
  3. Choose which widgets to display
  4. Drag and drop widgets to reorder them
  5. Click “Save Changes”

Navigation Tips #

  • Keyboard Shortcuts – Press ? to view available shortcuts
  • Search Function – Use Ctrl+K (or Cmd+K on Mac) to search
  • Breadcrumbs – Follow the breadcrumb trail at the top to navigate back
  • Sidebar Toggle – Click the hamburger icon to collapse/expand the sidebar

Mobile Dashboard #

VoxPria is fully responsive and works on mobile devices. However, some advanced features work best on desktop browsers. For optimal experience, we recommend using Chrome, Firefox, or Safari.
