Quick CRM — Managing Leads and Conversations

Quick CRM is VoxPria’s built-in lead manager — a simple pipeline to track the people your agents talk to, without connecting an external CRM.

Open Quick CRM #

In the sidebar under Evaluate, click Quick CRM.

Work with leads #

1. Browse contacts with their status and recent call activity in one view.
2. Click a contact to open its detail panel.
3. Add notes and update the lead status (e.g. Hot, Warm, Cold) as the conversation progresses.
4. Use search and filters to focus on the leads that matter right now.

💡 Tip: For deeper automation, push call outcomes and form submissions to your external CRM using Webhooks or the Google Sheets integration.
